I grew up in France where food and wine are a serious business. So as French people do when traveling, I take on the challenge of finding the best authentic places to eat. Being in Miami, I just found by pure chance Reinicio Bakery, where I tried a Segnorita pastry, which is a "mille-feuille" in French, pretty much the most difficult pastry to master (yes, I enjoy baking and my daughter is a pastry chef if that counts for something). Staff are very nice and friendly! We ordered a cake that was amazing! We received excellent service, and the cake was for my mother-in-law who turned 70 and she was absolutely delighted with it. We bought some pasteles and campesino bread and was very good and fresh. I recomended this place 100%
Amazing bakery very fresh. And great prices
This is my morning stop at least a couple times a week. This is the kind of bakery I grew up with in the '80s. Absolutely authentic Cuban pastelitos, bread, desserts, croquetas, cafecito, and even the chicken salad I grew up with. Beautiful family, extremely kind. You found your new neighborhood Cuban bakery.
