I'd like to add that I live in Tennessee so their help was much needed. I dealt with other dealers and Craig made the process so easy. There was always someone to take my calls, answer emails and all my questions which was very appreciated since I am new to this! Wanted to purchase a Flagstaff Highwall T21DMHW and Reineke RV Lima offered to broker the deal with Forest River. Corey worked diligently with the folks at Forest River to locate that unit and get it to the Lima store. Reineke winterized the camper ( it was November) and Andy walked us through the care and operation of the camper.
