Overpriced, lack of actually mechanical knowledge enough to explain what you are doing to the customer, and more of a customer service department than a service center. Very friendly staff if you can find someone at the service desk, but that where the compliments stop. You guys need to retrain your service reps as I don't feel they have enough knowledge to pass on to the customer to make a decision regarding the recommendations made.
