We were driving from Michigan to North Carolina recently in our Honda Ridgeline and it was vibrating terribly. I called the service department from the road and spoke to Rob Carlow, who invited me to stop in so they could take a look. Despite their being slightly shorthanded, they were able to get us in, find the problem and remedy it, all within a couple of hours, and we were able to get back on the road.
