Satisfied with how friendly the staff were
The dealer charges $240 an hour, $70-$90 more than other dealers in the area. I got my car home after getting a sensor replaced and it failed to start again. There were some bare wires connected to the sensor. Rather than replacing the connector, they tapped the wiring. The sensor is by the catalytic converter so of course the tape came off causing the wires to touch again. Another dealer replaced the connector, luckily at Reineke’s expense.
