heard the a member of the bully gang say to a new tenant "we don't like her" not friendly at all.
Full of friendly tenants and a central location with very reasonable rent. The facility is locked at 7pm\dark and the neighborhood is reasonably safe. We moved my 88 year old father-in-law out and in with us due to concerns over COVID-19 on 3/13/2020. Written notice was provided. We left unit #303 very clean with over 12 man hours of deep cleaning including a professional carpet cleaning taking about 4 hours for a 2 room apartment.
