Bought a house from them on contract, and they failed to pay property taxes on the house. We learned from the county that the county was going to take our home because of his negligence to pay his taxes. This company is a scam. House in Georgetown we rented had bed bugs before we moved in, confirmed by Orkin. Asked them to allow Orkin to treat and they insisted on Ray's cause they're cheaper. I asked for my first month's rent and deposit back and they refused so I went to a lawyers office. After they watched me come out of the lawyers office they called me and said they would. Now they won't rent to me, oh well...DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
