Very rude, they pretend to not understand your requests, cut you and put you at risk of infection and if you buy/ bring your own nail stickers for them to use they charge you for them anyway And even after I already removed my gel polish, cut and filed them into shape, they still take forever
Horrible they don’t clean your nails well I ended up getting an infection too

This place just changed names. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience. The nail tech hurt my big toe in a way I cant even explain. There was a moment when I felt a cut, but didn't think much of it since it happens occasionally, but by night I could hardly walk it throbbed so much. My gel manicure wasn't great. There was a lot of polish on my cuticles. It just looked so sloppy. Very unfortunate.
Great service, always on time and very good managing time so walking are taking care of as well. The experience is much better if you make an appointment! All of their technicians are great!
