So I might be a little bias being I know the owners and staff so well. But I’ll say that I always see the owners trying to fix thing. They recently bought a group of houses owned by a different landlord. One by one they have been fixing them up. Many of the reviews I read are from people who didn’t pay their rent and got mad they go sent to collections. 🤷🏼♀️
I rented and worked for, and with the Reimnitz family in Mitchell, while I was there. The Office Staff (Linda) and family treated me very nice and found me a nice house to rent while I was in Mitchell. They work with you on your rent and deposit besides providing a number of services for you, one example is check cashing. Good People. If you say you got ripped off, You probably broke the contract in some way. They give you a contract to read and sign before you ever get a key. Simple as that.
