Really Cares for your pet!!! I had adopted a puppy from some people who had breded their two dogs. When I adopted him, he was very sick. I went to Reilly Rd. Animal Hospital, and was instantly seen.. as a WALK IN! The exam and tests that needed to be done was performed in good time. And they found out what was wrong with him within the first 15-20 minutes!! He had parvo really bad, so he had to be hosptalized for a while. When I picked him up he was happy, active, and I could tell he really loved the girls there. Dr. Stephen... read more
They are crooks. This place took me for a ride. Sometimes they are nice and sometimes they are not. However, I am not rating the girls up front as they too are trained to get your money and make you do unnecisary things to your pet to make the vet more money..I had a cat with a Urine infection....and instead of doing a basic urine test. they wanted to do labs and x rays and run blood work for everything under the sun..I ended up spending almost 2000.00 for a simple urine infection. I finally went to Banfield inside pet smart... read more
Love the Groomer The groomer at Reilly Road Animal Hospital is THE best in Fayetteville i will never go anywhere else again . I know a lot of dog owners that just love the service they get there
Great Vet for any pet !!! I have read alot of reviews that say good and bad things about this hospital. Personally i think the staff is very good but the doctor has no personality. He is straight foward and direct in regards to the information about your pet. I have taken my dog there for the past year and have no issues with any area of this hospital. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. Be aware though the parking is limited and is very hard to get into and out of when trying to leave.
"mystery h." is an idiot . . . The staff is always changing because, incase you haven't noticed, this is a military town . . . meaning they don't live here for very long before they're off to their next duty station w/ their husband/wife, so they're always looking for new staff. The animal hospital is on the same road as a gate for Ft. Bragg, for God's sake. Anyway, this hospital is excellent. I've been taking my dogs there for the past several years and received excellent service. My dogs seem to like the staff and doctor a... read more
Helpful and Caring I recently visited Reilly Road Animal Hospital with my dog/daughter Jenny. I loved that i was welcomed as soon as i walked in the door. The smiling faces of the attendants were comforting even for just a puppy check-up. They had the knowledge and professionalism that makes you feel comfortable with leaving a part of your family here.
Best Service and Care! My dog ran away while I was out of town, and someone found her. They called Reilly Road Animal Hospital, and gave the tag number over the phone. The staff was quick to call me to let me aware of the situation. Dr. Stephenson allowed her board untill I came back into town. The price for boarding was good, and Sierra (my baby girl) was well taken care of. She usually has separation anxiety, but when I picked her she was happy and care free. I would reccomend this vet to anyone!!
home away from home I take my dogs and cats to Reilly Rd. for everything they need. When we need our pets to stay somewhere, they all stay at the kennels there. They love it! They get a lot of attention. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.
Negligence I'm trying to file a complaint and possibly get a refund from Reilly Road Animal Hospital for negligence. A catheter was left in my dogs arm after an operation. Bentley M. Stephenson D.V.M. said its common to leave a catheter in for up to 2 days for fluids but we were scheduled to come back after 10 days. If we were to leave it in for that long it would have caused serious infection and possibly death. Here is what it looks like, http://i1120.photobucket.com/albums/l491/MamaJolynn/Untitled.png
