Really Cares for your pet!!! I had adopted a puppy from some people who had breded their two dogs. When I adopted him, he was very sick. I went to Reilly Rd. Animal Hospital, and was instantly seen.. as a WALK IN! The exam and tests that needed to be done was performed in good time. And they found out what was wrong with him within the first 15-20 minutes!! He had parvo really bad, so he had to be hosptalized for a while. When I picked him up he was happy, active, and I could tell he really loved the girls there. Dr. Stephenson also helped me with his care by answering all my questions. Now when I take him in, he is very excited, and all the girls know him by name. I am extremely thankful for the love and care Dr. Stephenson and his staff gave to my baby boy. I will never go to another vet again, because I already have the best for my pet! God bless Dr. Stephenson, and his staff! And anyone who loves their pet will take them there!!

What's wrong with you people... Reilly Road Animal Hospital is and will be the greatest animal hospital in Fayetteville. They have THE most fantastic staff. They are so compassionate about everyone of their clients. They throughly examine my pet ALWAYS letting me know if there is anything else needed to be treated. I would highly recommend Reilly Road Animal Hospital to everyone.

They are crooks. This place took me for a ride. Sometimes they are nice and sometimes they are not. However, I am not rating the girls up front as they too are trained to get your money and make you do unnecisary things to your pet to make the vet more money..I had a cat with a Urine infection....and instead of doing a basic urine test. they wanted to do labs and x rays and run blood work for everything under the sun..I ended up spending almost 2000.00 for a simple urine infection. I finally went to Banfield inside pet smart and they dont try to get you to do all test under the sun, they listen to theproblem and and then know exactly what to do. I spent 150 at Banfield and saved my cat. Reilly Road vet had did this to me for years. I also had 2 exotic cats that had a persistant diahrea..with a simple test, I found out they had coxcidia, however Reilly road vet took me around the block and again took another 3000.oo from my wallet just to run stupid tests..Yes, they may seem nice, but if you dont know more than they do, they will eat you alive..Be careful and know your pet and get second opinions before falling into thier scheme.

Kindness I can tell you that by experience and having worked for RRAH that they have experienced people working there and an awesome Dr. I know that the kennels get cleaned daily. I highly recommend that you take your animals to RRAH!!!! They have fantastic staff there and will help your animal in need and give your animal what it needs. I want to say thank you for the staff at RRAH for the wonderful opportunity to get to know you all and to the clients that bring their animals there so I could get to know them and care for them. Keep up the great job!

Charlie's visit I took Charlie here for the first time today and the girls were so sweet! He had an accident on the floor and I offered to clean it up but they wouldn't let me! Also the Dr. Was really good with him. Thanks!

Great Vet for any pet !!! I have read alot of reviews that say good and bad things about this hospital. Personally i think the staff is very good but the doctor has no personality. He is straight foward and direct in regards to the information about your pet. I have taken my dog there for the past year and have no issues with any area of this hospital. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. Be aware though the parking is limited and is very hard to get into and out of when trying to leave.

Unprofessional! AWFUL! We are a military family who was stationed overseas. I called while still living in Germany to situate a great place to stay for my dogs. The lady sounded very nice on the phone and they were helpful when I needed to change dates. That was the best I can say for this place. We left the dogs for about a week. They were supposed to be bathed, nails clipped, the works. My 3 lb Yorkie was soaking wet and stunk like wet dog, nails not clipped, hair matted, etc. The lady's excuse, "Ma'am she wouldn't let me brush her out." Also, my Lab picked up something from the kennel... sounds like kennel cough even though she had her Bordetella. The place was dirty, the staff seemed like they didn't care about my complaints about my soaking wet dog. Basically, I got the "eye- roll" treatment. NEVER going there again. Welcome back to America!
