I got to know Terry through my Aunt, who lived across the street from him. He would look out for her and kindly did repairs to her house as needed. Terry recently sold my Aunt's house for me while I was working and living in California and relocating to the East coast. I can't say enough good things about him and the service he provided. I both rented and used terry’s services as a realtor. Terry was a great and fair landlord. Terry as a realtor was excellent. He was very thorough in explaining the house buying process. He has many connections in the real estate world and he is also a general contractor which is an added bonus. We would recommend him as both a realtor and as a landlord.

Slum lord, downtown property was poorly maintained and when I rented a house from them specifically asking if there was any intent to sell (was told no) they put it on the market 4 months into my 1 year lease. stay away..... EDIT: after posting this he called to threatin me.
