Beware of renting from Terry Reilly!! My experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. The property had a long-standing termite infestation that was never disclosed before I moved in. Ten months into the lease, the infestation became severe, spreading throughout the home and damaging my furniture — including brand-new wood pieces. We have nothing but praise and appreciation for Terry Reilly's services as property manager. I got to know Terry through my Aunt, who lived across the street from him. He would look out for her and kindly did repairs to her house as needed. Terry recently sold my Aunt's house for me while I was working and living in California and relocating to the East coast. I can't say enough good things about him and the service he provided. I both rented and used terry’s services as a realtor. Terry was a great and fair landlord. Terry as a realtor was excellent. He was very thorough in explaining the house buying process. He has many connections in the real estate world and he is also a general contractor which is an added bonus. We would recommend him as both a realtor and as a landlord.
