If I could give this a zero I would. Dentist is extremely rude and is root canal happy. Worst dental experience I have ever had. I would never recommend Dr Jordan to anyone, ever! Was told I had two small cavities, never had pain or sensitivity from these cavities, get the fillings only to be in extreme pain and have horrible sensitivity, made an emergency appointment to see if there is an infection, hygienist tells me I'm in pain because the filling is touching the root! Horrible work that ends up needing fixed elsewhere. Just save your time and money by going elsewhere.

This dentis office is terrible. the dentist talked me into getting metal filiing instead of the white that i wanted. and wen i came back complaining of pain where the filling are they acted like i was lying or a baby. the receptionists were rude and unprofessional. the only reason i came to this dentist is because it is.one of the only ones that will take my insurrance

Does this provider remember you by name? No, I always have to remind them Was this dentist friendly? Friendly Enough Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Not really, they've recommended a few things I don't need Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to
