I'm taking this from a 3 to 2 star review. I am still getting therapy here, FYI, because I am mostly satisfied with the therapists I've had here. The reason for the 3, and now 2 star review is poor communication and the management, namely Sherri and Dr. Simmons. When I first started here (November 2020 I believe), I was working with a student in training. I understand she was receiving supervision and had to meet with Dr. Simmons. Sherri is by far one of the best administrative assistants any medical office has ever seen. And Lauren is a pretty fantastic therapist to boot! Incredibly grateful to the whole Reignite Psych team.
