Great company and service. They just retrofitted a system into my manufactured home. I tore out all the old and they put in the new, moving it from the upstairs to downstairs. A very difficult job that they handled smoothly and efficiently. We are really enjoying the QUIET system as opposed to the noisy closet furnace. Great job all around and I highly recommend them!
I used Reifel 5 years ago when my entire ac system needed replaced! They were able to respond quickly when my wife was 8 mo pregnant and it was the height of summer. They were great in helping me when we were in a tough spot. Recently we had a capacitor go out. They were able to respond and fix the problem within 2 hours of my call! The tech was friendly and transparent! Highly recommended company, and I have had great interactions with everyone from receptionist, to the techs, to the owner!
