So glad that I discovered Reid’s Tires just over 20 years ago after moving to Elma. Reid’s is the most generous, accommodating, pleasant, and well run business that I can think of. If I lived in the Northtowns...or further, I would continue to use Reid’s for all my tire needs! I think a lot of businesses could learn from their customer service practices and overall business philosophy! Thank you for all that you do, and all that you have done for me!
What an easy and great experience here for a simple issue of a nail in my tire. Such friendly people, complete with an unexpected bonus to already superb customer care. I will be back in the fall for a new set of tires, and in the future as well!
