Dropped my truck off at Reid’s Tire today for a screw in the tire at 10:30, they told me 40 minutes. Just got a call now they don’t have time to fix it come back next week....Stay away from Reid’s Tire in Elma!!!!😡😡

This pertains to the West Seneca shop only-I was not impressed. I called and was quoted a price on all seasons, had them order them for me. I called later in the day to make sure they were in and was told they were. I get here and the guy tells me they are snows and more expensive. Then he realized he was wrong and tells me they brought him the wrong tires so they had to go get them. So I sat there for an hour to get my tires on when it should have only taken 1/2 hour. I've been going to Reid's for about 10 years. Every single time, my experience has been positive. They are fast, efficient and priced very fair. They're respectful and have a loyal customer base.
