Staff is rude. They damaged my clothes. They lost a belt. They didn't offer me any help and instead tried blaming me for not telling them more clearly that my dress had a belt and that my shirt must have been damaged when I brought it in (although, it was only worn 1 time and never cleaned!!!). Do NOT EVER go here.
I dropped off a suit, pants and 3 shirts on a friday. On Monday, I went to pick up my clothes only have ALL of my shirts "missing." Somehow they lost the record and tag number of the shirts even though I had my receipt which they orginally gave me. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR CLOTHES!
