Dropped off a dress for cleaning, picked it up and it was significantly damaged with tears/snags in the fabric. Brought this to their attention and not only did they not take any accountability, they refused to refund my payment or provide any recourse. Manager was also very rude. There are so many dry cleaning businesses to choose from, just go somewhere else!
