I wanted to give them a try after bad experiences at Tide. Unfortunately Reid is not any better. They messed up the order - the shirts that were ‘dry clean only’ were laundered and another shirt that did not require dry cleaning was dry cleaned. The shirts had tons of lint on them and damage from ironing on too high temperature. It was also very super pricey - $9.90 to dry clean a shirt. Definitely not coming back here.
