The worst service!! They ruined a very expensive dress and said they couldn’t get a dot of makeup out of a shirt. Overpriced and Terrible service. Pretty sure they do absolutely nothing to your clothes.

I dropped two jackets for dry-cleaning at this location. During the drop-off, I specifically asked for dry-cleaning and deodorizing. When I went to pick them up, they looked not clean and smelly. I asked the clerk how she can fix it. She said it is what it is. She was very rude. I asked her why she didn't tell me when I dropped the articles. She refused to take any action and provide a answer. I wouldn't recommend this place based on lack of responsibility and low quality service.

Their system has been down and they are writing everything down by hand. So make sure to keep your ticket and remember which items you dropped off. I had to go back and pick up items they forgot to give me.

Well from beginning to end this was a horrible experience. Started at the other location to be turned away due to their system being down and them not being able to enter new customers. So i drove to this location like asked. I checked in a bag of clothes to be laundered and 8 items to be dry cleaned. I was told I could come back to pick up Thurs after 5:00. I asked how much it would be and the girl said she didnt know that shed have to enter them in the system to know. I thought that was odd but really how much can dry clea... read more

Good quality. My issue is that no matter how good a customer you are in order to get the ongoing discount you have to print it out and remember every time. So frustrating.
