Sent my vintage top for dry cleaning. While they asked me to sign a waiver as it was heavily beade, it came back as is. Thank you, Reid for getting it back to me in one piece.
These guys damaged an incredibly expensive and sentimental blanket of mine. They guarantee that they would dry clean this, but they washed it and completely around it. I didn’t even offer to refund my money. They just said that they weren’t responsible. Awful customer service. I will never give them my business again and neither should you.
