They just closed their business and I still have clothes I'm trying to pick up. No notice AT ALL.
I took our curtains to this location in late sept and picked up on October 7th 2022. they shrunk our $600 worth of curtains by almost a foot. I have tried to have the owner of this location call me and yet to receive a call back. The clerk that works the front there just referred me to the signature upon drop off stating they are not liable for and damage. this is a horrible business practice to not take pride in your work or stand behind your work at all. im hoping to get this resolved but it seems they have no shame in rui... read more
They don't even deserve a single star!!!! What a RIP-OFF! The owner is extremely unprofessional and has no customer service skills or ability to accept fault! FIND A DIFFERENT DRY CLEANER!!
