Only place I’ll take my car to. Old school car guy. No bs, no upselling, straight to the point and does a great job. Car needed a whole new rear end, new clutch kit, and normal stuff like breaks and fluids. Car got done quickly and he did a great job with everything. Dave himself was even good with messaging me back about concerns, fair with the pricing, and even took pictures of the things that were wrong and took the time to explain, in depth, the faults of the car. I have a 2002 Cadillac Seville STS that was having several issues. Reid's took my car in and fixed it up and explained everything that was done and that needed done. Excellent mechanic work! They are efficient and they have great communication! 10/10 shop!!
Norma is absolutely top tier. I’ve called a handful of times to get quotes and talk general car philosophy, such as when would be the right time to get a certain service done based on my car’s factors. Every single time she has been crystal clear and extremely detailed, going out of her way to help. This is my favorite auto shop around because I know they are honest people that want to help the community rather than hurt it. Thank you Reid’s and thank you Norma!
Long story I'll try to keep it simple and to the point. Took my car to David Reid because it was not starting. Mind you, my car is an old 70 Cadillac. This dude had it for three weeks. Said it would take him one week to get it running. This guy decides to go out of town for the week. The week he said he would have my car running. Then finally I get my car back. I've been using Reid's automotive for years. Reasonable rates, they don't try to sell you stuff that you don't need, and perform quality work with great turn around times. We take all of our fleet and personal vehicles to them and it's great service everytime!
