Simply outstanding! David and Norma are professional, friendly, and are just great people. Old fashioned service! They are knowledgeable, thorough, and can do just about any repair at a reasonable price. And the best feeling of all is knowing when they fix a vehicle it's fixed. I have had nothing but positive professionalism each time I’ve had to bring my car in to Reid’s. They don’t just look at the problem but observe and inspect around the problem and always do such a great job. I have recommended them and will continue to do so.

Only place I’ll take my car to. Old school car guy. No bs, no upselling, straight to the point and does a great job. Car needed a whole new rear end, new clutch kit, and normal stuff like breaks and fluids. Car got done quickly and he did a great job with everything. Dave himself was even good with messaging me back about concerns, fair with the pricing, and even took pictures of the things that were wrong and took the time to explain, in depth, the faults of the car. I happened to be on a road trip and decided to buy this van (in the photo). A lot of the work was done at this shop prior to purchase. The people here are so full of grace and are very knowledgeable and helpful. They went above and beyond to make things as smooth as possible.I put my full trust in this shop as the van made it 3k miles through 15 states in less than a week without any issues. I'll be sure to stop by to say hello when I pass through AZ again.

Reid’s Automotive always provides me and my family exceptional service. Just recently we contacted Norma at the last minute for a quick check on my daughter’s VW. The brakes were making a lot of noise and Norma squeezed her in right before a long holiday weekend. Norma’s techs found the breaks in bad shape, made the repairs and her on the road by that afternoon. The brakes performed great on our road trip to Long Beach for a volleyball tournament.
