I went here a few weeks ago to look for a dryer part. They guy was more than willing to troubleshoot with me and even offered some suggestions as to what could have possibly made my dryer fail. He helped me check the parts I brought in and even waited past his closing time on Saturday for me to get there. He didn't try and sell me parts I didn't need so I really appreciated his willingness to help. I'll be going here when I need something else.
Wish I could leave zero stars. I dropped a nail gun off to be repaired. When I called to ask about it a week later, David was unnessecarily rude about telling me the parts factory was closed. Really just no need for him to have such a bad attitude with a customer. Was later informed he could not get parts so I picked the gun up and it was in pieces in a box. I cannot take it to another repair shop in pieces like that. When I called back to ask why the gun wasn't put back together, David was yet again condescending and rude. ... read more
Had my washer for over 6months because of part ordered . We finally picked it up and turned it on to try it out and the motherboard wasn’t working. That isn’t what was wrong with it . They said it would be 450$ more to fix .after already paying them 250$ and the machine wasn’t fixed . They said they fixed what I said . Would give zero if I could I groom for a living and our normal sharpener has been out of commission for a year or so so me and the groomers from the shop I work at were desperately needing our stuff sharpened when I called immediately the customer service was horrible very short and full of attitude towards me when I asked about how long it would take I was told Monday or Tuesday if I dropped them off that Friday. It was Thursday before I recieved our blades. after using them half of them are still dull and several of them s... read more
