They didn't have the part I needed, but he was extremely helpful in helping me find the place to get it from and the phone number. I look all over Amarillo and couldn't co.e close to getting it, but he solved my problem. Thanks
I had my electric Dewalt lawnmower about to 5 months to be repaired which was complete uncalled for and unnecessary and they even lost my key to it and I had to repair it myself. Wouldn’t recommend this place to fix your stuff because more than likely they going to take long.
I went here a few weeks ago to look for a dryer part. They guy was more than willing to troubleshoot with me and even offered some suggestions as to what could have possibly made my dryer fail. He helped me check the parts I brought in and even waited past his closing time on Saturday for me to get there. He didn't try and sell me parts I didn't need so I really appreciated his willingness to help. I'll be going here when I need something else.
Wish I could leave zero stars. I dropped a nail gun off to be repaired. When I called to ask about it a week later, David was unnessecarily rude about telling me the parts factory was closed. Really just no need for him to have such a bad attitude with a customer. Was later informed he could not get parts so I picked the gun up and it was in pieces in a box. I cannot take it to another repair shop in pieces like that. When I called back to ask why the gun wasn't put back together, David was yet again condescending and rude. ... read more
Had my washer for over 6months because of part ordered . We finally picked it up and turned it on to try it out and the motherboard wasn’t working. That isn’t what was wrong with it . They said it would be 450$ more to fix .after already paying them 250$ and the machine wasn’t fixed . They said they fixed what I said .
