Great bar and restaurant in an unpretentious historic venue. The fried chicken with collard greens and grits was superb!
Amazing drinks and food. Their duck nachos are fantastic. So is the spinach and crab dip if you're looking for an appetizer. Definitely recommend the ribeye, generous portions and juicy and tender. The brownie is always a good dessert choice. Service was slow this most recent time, although I never had trouble before. Maybe I just went on a busy day, I don't know. Reservations recommended. Edit to add: Service continues to be slower than it used to be.
That was the best dinner I have ever eaten.
