Emergency Repair handled quickly pointed out some other real issues and a decent price for super good work, even did some little stuff on the house , Thanks Reid
These guys embody every one of your worst fears when hiring a roofing company. Did extremely shoddy work a few years back on our condo roof, the membrane is now completely detached, and they are using a maintenance technicality in the warranty to get out of fixing their abysmal work. Run for the hills, do not hire these guys unless you love water in your place
Unresponsive, don't show up when they say they will, roof didn't even last till the end of the warranty and they won't honor it saying its our fault. I inherited a newish roof on the building that was done by Reid roofing in 2017 and every interaction is just a nightmare. They will never respond to email, only sometimes answer the phone, scheduling with them is more of a suggestion than a promise.
