ABSOLUTELY AWFULLLLL experience! I don't like to leave bad reviews unless it is totally necessary, but this is necessary. My child has been in constant pain for months. Her braces haven't been adjusted in 8 months and I was told by Dr Reid to "just be grateful because your daughter is pro Bono. I don't have to do anything for her." Why would you take a 9 year Old with a serious palatel condition if you plan on doing nothing a ortho should be doing.
