ABSOLUTELY AWFULLLLL experience! I don't like to leave bad reviews unless it is totally necessary, but this is necessary. My child has been in constant pain for months. Her braces haven't been adjusted in 8 months and I was told by Dr Reid to "just be grateful because your daughter is pro Bono. I don't have to do anything for her." Why would you take a 9 year Old with a serious palatel condition if you plan on doing nothing a ortho should be doing. RecommendedWe found Reid and Reid after a pretty horrific experience at another local dentistry. And I’m so glad we did. My son was made to feel right at home and he can’t wait to go back in six months. The love that resides within shines through the staff and establishment. 💕💕
Highly recommend Dr Reid and his staff, my daughter had to have several teeth worked on at once. They scheduled it out patient at the hospital. Everyone did an excellent job making sure she was comfortable. He does beautiful work!
Dr. Reid did a little dental surgery on my 4 & 6 year olds today. He's so great with kids. And with the nervous parents, too. Thank you!
Excellent and Professional staff!! My children have been going for a while now, and when my oldest son had a major dental injury they got him right in to see Dr. Richard Reid. Dr. Reid talk with me and my son about the procedure he was performing and his recommendations for healing. I have always been allowed to go back with my children to see exactly going on I highly recommend this pediatric dental practice as a regular dentist and also orthodontic care.
My children have been patients of Reid & Reid for 5+ years. Great doctors, friendly yet professional staff and great medical care. I wouldn't take them anywhere else!
