If I could give zero stars I would. My widowed elderly mother was going to hire them, I asked to negotiate the percentage. They claimed they normally charge 10%! This makes me think of the payday loan people. Not okay! They said they would not go lower than 5%. Then said they had to cover the cost of their insurance...At my mother's expense?
