I can usually get an appointment, but flexibility or waiting is required. I will absolutely return as I had an amazing experience. He was by far the best urologist I've ever seen. Dr. Reid cut to the chase when asked and the outcome was very positive. Not only was he friendly, but he put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I felt respect and dignity throughout and detected no change after revealing social factors that can put off some providers.
