I am terrified of the dentist due to past experience but I have a broken tooth that needs to be addressed. I’m so glad I went here. The office manager is seriously the nicest person ever as well as the staff and Dr Stone really listened to me. I didn’t feel judged or like I was just another patient. Dr Stone even personally called me after to wish me a happy birthday, nobody does that! I’m grateful for all of you, truly.
I never have to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. They value my time. The staff is always welcoming and my comfort always addressed. The hygienist and dentists are fast, efficient and knowledgeable and personable. All my questions are answered in great detail, even questions I didnt know I needed to ask. The prices are competive and the charges are always explained in advance. I have been a patient for about a year and am very pleased with my experience. Highly recommend.
My first visit to Varsity Dental assured me this is the dentist for me. Receptionist Amanda helped me reschedule my appointment when I suddenly had to take an injured bird to WildCare; hygienist Rachel did a thorough x-ray and tooth-health exam; and Dr Croom took a lot of time to explain the results and the state of my teeth. All in all, a very energetic and dedicated staff.
Varsity Dental is The BEST! Fantastic experience from the front desk, to the hygienist, to meeting with Dr. Stone. Who knew a trip to the Dentist could be so much fun!
