Great company to work with.
We have been without air for a week. It is July in South Carolina and our house is literally 90° with an infant. We have been getting the run around with no communication. Promises to call and no calls. I have had to reach out several times only to hear there is no update on the part we need and no one can get any info because apparently the sole warehouse employee is out until Monday.
