Esra is a really good doctor. I recently had to switch doctors because my old doctor kept canceling my appointments. Reid Family Health and Esra was definitely the right choice. She is very kind and knowledgeable. Listened and took care of all my concerns. She even helped me get the preventive appointments I needed to get a discount on my insurance rates for next year. If you are looking for a doctor Esra at Reid Family Health is a great choice.
They do not value my Time. Had us waiting for 20 minutes to get back to the room. Then another 20 to see nurse practitioner. My TIME is precious to me.

Doctors are nice enough but most of the staff should seek another profession. Couldn't even look at my chart to see how long I've been on oxygen. And am still waiting for a return call from a week ago. Reid facilities just run you around from one department to the next.
