I went to the clinic in Eaton, OH to establish my family doctor, and keep me in the priscription medicine i've been taking Dr. Koch and his staff failed to call the phamacy the day I asked. The pharmacy called in the clinic next day only found out he was out till next week and thus, cannot get the prescription.
