This review is not about Dr. Reid as much as it's about his office and it's terrible customer service. I've not even been able to get in to see him because of what seems to me to be, very poor, unprofessional and negligent customer service. I initially called and asked if Dr. Reid was taking "NEW" patients. I was told yes. I had severe knee pain/swelling/stiffness. I was given an appointment 2 weeks from when I first called. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
