My friend called them to fix her frozen pipes upon the employees arrival he was told to watch out for her cat. He inspected the water pipes and insisted that he had to check the pipes on the other side of the house, once again he was reminded about the cat. After he came back in he told her to go and buy a space heater to thaw out the pipes because he didn't want to die in a crawl space. (That is incredibly unprofessional). Being a first time homeowner, this was the first time I have had to call a plumber. Jim showed up earlier than scheduled. He was extremely polite, and went right to work after he arrived. Had our leak fixed in under 30 minutes in our crawl space. He took the time to explain what he fixed and I am confident it was done right. Did not charge near as much as local competition was going to. I would highly recommend using this local business for any plumbing needs!
