I have been a patient of Dr. Richman for decades and feel lucky to have found him. He did sinus surgery for me in my late 40's as I had been misdiagnosed with asthma and it was amazing to breathe for the first time. He has helped me in subsequent years with vertigo and tinnitus. I go every year for a hearing test and his staff is amazing as well.

My daughter has had 2 surgeries with Dr. Reichman in the last 2 months. He is an amazing surgeon. Her nose looked great after surgery. My son also has had his tonsils removed and his nose fixed by Dr. Reichman 10 and 6 years ago. We drive from Wyoming just to see him now as we trust in his abilities as a doctor.

I was referred to Dr. Reichman from my Doctor. I love the online portal where you can fill out paperwork in advance. A little grungy in the waiting room. Dr. Reichman has a brusque bedside manner. I have a problem that was not easy to fix or live /with-ménière’s disease. Kept questioning the validity of my previously diagnosis by disability and wasn’t willing to work with me and got me out of there. He seemed rushed and even forgot to bring up hearing loss until I was out the door.

His specialties indicate that he treats autoimmune diseases, but he completely ignored my inquiries whether that might be my problem. Foisted me off on his PA for months, who also ignored those possibilities. In that time, I got increasingly ill...and btw, it WAS an autoimmune disease.

I visited Dr. Reichman for a problem inside my ear canal. It was very painful. Even the treatment was painful. I told him about the pain and he was extremely compassionate and understanding. I was treated very respectfully and the procedure was virtually painless and 100% effective. I felt like he really cared and showed great empathy. .

This was a 2nd visit and after waiting 45 minutes Dr. Reichman told my Mother her tongue looked better, unfortunately, he didn't see her on the prior visit, just the PA. Her oncologist diagnosed and treated her problem in 2 minutes. What Owen Reichman couldn't do in 2 weeks, a competent physician did almost immediately. Keep looking for a good ENT

His staff does a great disservice to the patients by over booking appointments. The last time I went it was 1 hour and 20 minutes for me to see the doctor. Not only would I not recommend him, I don't think I will go back. Great ENT doctor, but this happens all the time there. It's not like there was an emergency .

Dr. Reichman performed surgery on two of my children around age 21. Both has unusual crevices in their tonsils that caused repeat infections. My daughter had a rare type of infection that really needed removal but we didn't realize it until the pathology came back. I chose him for the second surgery because of his manner, his patient contact skills and his "we can do that" attitude. He works quickly minimizing anesthesia exposure and has always done quality work.

Dr. Reichman helped me with an issue that other doctors could not solve he was GREAT. For a different issue he was out of town and I had to see another ENT there was a clear difference. Dr. Reichman sees my wife and did surgery. He was great for her and explained everything to me as well. I will always always go to Dr. Reichman if I need an ENT.
