This is the best Dentist my family has ever been to. Dr. Ken makes you feel totally comfortable and does the work painlessly. I have even fallen asleep in the chair while he was working on me. By the way, he is a DMD, not a DDS.
This place should have been shut down by the health dept:. There were literally 8 or 9 house cats walking in and around myself & other patients in the exam rooms, there were everyplace. I was sitting there in the chair waiting for the novacaine to kick in, when a cat jumps on my lap! I love animals of all kinds, but in a dentist exam room is not the place for our four legged friends, the only animal that should be in an exam room of any kind, should be the two legged kind!! I get the feeling that I should take care of the problem myself until this Dental Care provider can get me in at their convenience & if they don't cancel the appt yet again. You are unimportant to these people. The chair I sat in during my dental procedure was awful. It randomly changed position. Not good if a tooth is being filled! They need to invest in more comfortable chairs. The temperature in the waiting room was a challenge to me. No way could I relax. Doctor and staff wrer outstanding i always learn more about dental services and enjoy coming to this most modern of all dental i have had over the last 10 years. DR KEN is wonderful i appreciate his professonial guidance. Best dentist i have come to know.
I was a disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The fillings I got only lasted a couple of weeks. The dentist and staff were friendly. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment!
