They have been so easy to talk to.. help me any time I have questions. I wish I could say this about other companies I have done business with..
I had a "trial" period in January of 2016 and canceled within the allotted 14 days per phone call. Did not realize that the charges of $97 per month continued as it was on a credit card that did not use regularly. When I realized it contacted REI and said that they had no record of cancellation and offered to only refund 60 days of charges. These charges are fraudulent and I request a full refund of the $1261 that was paid for 13 months. I never used any of their "services".
