AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was in fact a tenant for 2 years. REI responded that I was not a tenant. I have ledgers to prove I was living in an apartment under their management for 2 YEARS. I will post my original review and their response. I will also attach an approved rent credit form because they had someone enter my apartment without 24 hour notice which is ILLEGAL so I agreed to take some money off my rent in exchange for me not to take them to court. This company has been managing my property for a year, and my experience has been nothing but frustrating. Communication is extremely poor, and payments were consistently late. They showed no real care for my property and no respect for my time. Any explanations or updates were delayed, leaving me confused and stressed, and I ended up losing money because of their mismanagement. Overall, it was one year of disappointment and stress, truly a nightmare. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was the person who was on the elevator to the top floor. My Girl fired you. Now you are bitter because you got a crappy review. Do better. This property management company is not good. We actually hired them. They came out and took, probably the Crappiest picture I have seen of a property. Listed it on Craigslist. Poor decision. They don't answer the phone. They don't answer questions. Unless of course you fire them. THAT'S how to get a hold of them. Tell them that you don't want to use them. They will call you up quickly.... read more
