This company has not figured out how to maintain their lawns in a timely manner. This property in the picture is MANAGED BY REI LLC and the grass is never cut until the height reaches knee-high length. I live next door and am tired of looking at it. If this is any indication of how this company runs...think twice before dealing with them.

I had a very frustrating experience with this property and their application process. The new system does not work properly and caused nothing but problems. I spent several days trying to navigate it, which was a huge waste of time and energy. The most disappointing part is that after all of that, I was told we couldn’t rent the home because we have a cat. Better late than never, I guess. They tried to keep my security deposit and fabricated damages to try and justify it, even though I had a detailed check-in and check-out sheet with photos. I hired a lawyer and got my entire deposit plus legal costs back. Suck it, REI. NEVER EVER RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS. You have been warned.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was in fact a tenant for 2 years. REI responded that I was not a tenant. I have ledgers to prove I was living in an apartment under their management for 2 YEARS. I will post my original review and their response. I will also attach an approved rent credit form because they had someone enter my apartment without 24 hour notice which is ILLEGAL so I agreed to take some money off my rent in exchange for me not to take them to court.
