Excellent service and products!
I stopped here before starting my thru hike of the Appalachian Trail. I spent a quite a bit getting cold weather gear. They over charged me and didn’t realize it at first because I said I didn’t need a receipt because I knew it would show up on my membership account. It never showed up on my membership and on top of all that I didn’t get my 10% for what I spent. I called them the next day and they said they couldn’t do anything about it without me coming back in to the store which kinda hard when on a 2200 mile hike.
Aside from the drive, every employee was welcoming, kind and courteous. If someone was unsure on a question, they promptly sent me in the right direction. Always loved REI, and glad there's one available now as a top notch alternative, now mine and my daughters go to for outdoor supplies.
