This is the worst store I've been in. Don't even bother trying to make a return here. They refused the return of a pair of shoes that fell apart completely within a month. No crazy use, just everyday walking. They argued that I was a ultra runner (even though I don't run at all) and that it was normal wear and tear. Meanest lady works there, truly disgusting customer service. After this experience I stopped all purchases from REI, canceled my membership, and will now boycott this store forever. REI is the best outdoor shop ever! Every thing in the store is about enjoying and appreciating the outdoors and environment unlike the “Sportsman” type stores that are all about hunting and killing stuff. How is that a sport?

I love that this location stocks plus size clothing (although mainly in the REI brand). The store is always really clean and organized. From the handful of employees I’ve dealt with, everyone was upbeat and easy to communicate with.
