Very friendly and open atmosphere, could spend way too much money here if they let me. Have had some issues with having the wrong product in the same box. (540 in a 840 box) in fairness they look very similar, but worth mentioning. They did fix the issue quickly and were very kind about it. I also experienced as issue with a bike trainer being damaged on arrival, however, they fixed the issue as quickly as possible. REI is a coop store. Those who shop there have an opportunity to "buy into' ownership of the store. Seems like a good idea. The store stocks a wide variety of new and used sports wear and equipment. It seems that one could find most anything sports related here.
Amazing store with best equipment for outdoor & athletic activities! Best co-op model in the business!
