Emily was incredible, definitely understand why she is a manager! She cares about her customers, fellow people in her community. If you are a member at REI, you presumably shop with this company quite bit and spend lots of money, as I do for all my outdoor needs. I love REI; however, I purchased an item in 2022 and have had several issues with it throughout the years, (with years of documentation on repairs). Scott and Ben were absolutely fantastic! My partner has high arches and we are planning for a long backpacking trip and needed good shoes. These guys hooked us up with the best shoe based on our foot type and activity. We wanted to take our time and make an educated decision. Never once did we feel rushed and all of our questions were answered with a smile. This has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had in an outdoor store. 12/10! Keep up the great work!
