I ordered a Yakima skybox 16 online and got a great deal on it. I had it shipped to this store to save on shipping. When I called the store to check on my order, Parker answered and was very helpful. I later came into the store to pickup the car topper and Parker was there to assist me and even helped me get it up on the roof. It only took me about 4 minutes to clamp it down and I never even noticed it. This store is great and Parker was great to deal with.
The sales associates and cashiers here are really friendly and helpful. Merchandise here are of excellent quality and worth it. The house brand, REI, is really good for the money you pay. They also have a good membership program (for $30) where you get 10% of what you spend back at the end of the year. Also, it givea you a 1 year, total satisfaction return policy.
