REI Knoxville is my absolute favorite store in east TN, REI is beautifully organized and well stocked .it’s the home of the nicest and most knowledgeable staff I’ve come across in years. The atmosphere is clean, vibrant and fun. They always seem to have what I’m looking for and more than willing to help me with any questions I may have about the product. .My hats off to the team at REI Knoxville, nicely done. excellent customer service. If I could give you 10 stars I would.
Angela helped us with backpacks! Tom helped us with the hiking essentials and suggested walking sticks. Great investment by the way. We are new to hiking and really enjoyed speaking with them both! Very knowledgeable! Everyone there was very welcoming and nice. Highly recommend the membership! Thank you Angela and Tom! We will be back
