James is extremely helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about all the products. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and explained the different options clearly. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received, especially for a mistake that was entirely the REI’s fault.
This place is all about connecting with the outdoor activities. They have hunting equipment,camping gear,hiking clothing. I went to check out their bicycle shop and repair garage. Lots of great bikes and equipment for for sale. Definitely have a bicycle that I was interested in buying. The employees were very good at teaching me the best bicycle information. So if you want a new bike they offer four different lines. Check them out sometime soon and see what happens for you.
