No one volunteered to help me
Always loved coming into this store. This trip was different, though, to no fault of the store, but another customer. Was looking in the shoe section, and a woman started to breastfeed her baby while sitting there with no cover. I'll probably be crucified for this, but I feel that should be a somewhat private matter or at least use a cover or wrap. The employee who was assisting her as well as others nearby were very notably uncomfortable. I left without purchasing anything.
We've always had amazing experiences at this location! I finally decided to upgrade my backpacking pack today and Dillon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when discussing sizing and different brands. They helped me find a pack that fits my needs and is so comfortable, forever grateful for all the input and assistance!
Great customer service. They immediately ordered parts I needed and called me when they got it taken care of. Highly recommend
