Terrible experience. They failed to give me the member bonus sign up gift card on checkout after convincing me to pay to extra sign up to be a member. Then when I called follow up on receiving it, they tried and to read me off the numbers to a new gift card over the phone which did not end up working. Overall way too much work for just trying to buy a sleeping bag and I plan to go elsewhere next time
