Despite not buying anything and explaining that I probably wouldn’t Anders took the time to explain all the intricacies of sleeping bags and bivies and sleeping mats. He explained if you buy a 50 dollar item you will get your 30 dollar REI coop sign up refunded. He even stopped me from signing up because I want ready to buy yet so that I can get my 30 dollars back! He didn’t have to do that! Tadd is an amazing bike mechanic. He took time to figure out what was happening, although it was not easy. This is also a great store and always a wonderful shopping experience. Much better warranties than the industry standard as well. Another great experience in this store in December. Ashleigh the manager provided phenomenal support.
