Raven helped me out in the shoe section for my first in-store REI trip! She helped me out with tips on Chacos, and told me her personal experiences with them (she loved them!) and even helped me order my shoes online since my exact side + style combo was out of stock in store. Thanks Fairbanks REI! You guys rock :)
I love rei. They have great quality gear, and if you get a product that doesn't perform to your standards they will take it back for a refund. The store is a little pricey but the great customer service and product guarantee is totally worth it.
Thanks to the super helpful guy in the bike section who did a safety check and tuneup on my kid's bike today. Answered my kid's questions, had great suggestions for future bikes, and was an all-around nice guy. We'll definitely be back to REI for our biking needs.
I have shopped at REI for almost 30 years (Anchorage and Fairbanks stores) and every time I have a wonderful experience with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. They continue to go out of their way to help or find info if they don't know what you need to know. I can't say enough about this store and company. Always a pleasure to do business with them. Thanks REI for so many years of great service.
I went to REI requesting some moving boxes and they were so incredibly helpful. The woman at the front counter was friendly and checked to see if there were any available for me to take and the gentleman in the back room graciously helped me load them all into my car. I could not thank them enough for providing them to me as it relieved the stress of having to find and purchase boxes for our move (moving boxes are EXPENSIVE!!!) Absolutely AMAZING customer service, five stars!!! Thank you so much Fairbanks REI
