Fantastic sales, great products
Very friendly employees, always willing to help you out. COVID-19 standards being met by all customers and employees, hand sterilizing stations all over. Very nice and pleasant experience during these horrible times.
Like a kid in a candy store for biking and hiking
First time going to REI. Went to get some hiking shoes, everything was well organized . They would not let everyone in all at once. Mask was required, gel sanitizer was everywhere. The shoes associates were very polite, cool,knowledgeable and patient. Went during 4th of July weekend and had lots of offers. Good experience!
long line. their policies result in poor experience. it's their right to implement the policies they want, but seriously, they've lose me. I'll only come here now if I absolutely have to.
