Great store! Not a giant one but has all the cool clothes, gear and fun stuff the REI is famous for! Was there during the annual sale and the staff, especially shoe department couldn't have been more helpful. They all truly seemed like they loved their jobs. Will stop in any time I'm close to Santa Rosa!
So I bought a pair of MTB shoes online from REI. When I received them and un wrapped the package, I found I was sent one shoe. When I ordered, it was for one item and I just assumed it was for one pair. I called customer service and found that they were shipped out of the Santa Rosa store and they put me in contact with them.
