i was in the shoe section today and after being ignored and watching 4 or 5 other customers get helped i asked the shoe person if you carried Vasquez. cause i bought the pair i was wearing a little over a year ago. she sharply said "no", so then i asked about keens i saw online, again she sharply said "no" then walked away. she didn't recommend another product nor even bothered to ask if there was anything i was looking for or anything. lame
Protection of your customers should be part of your stores message. No fighting with a customer. you provide gender assigned bathrooms and therefore that should be the upkeep of your management. Unless you have or add gender neutral bathrooms do not argue with customers who are worried for their children. They are your consumers. Shame on your store... this is a poor representation of your company and you our your customers an apology and to rectify the situation.
RecommendedGood selection and service
You and yours should get over to the newly expanded and decorated REI, where there is all manner of activities and outdoor adventure ideas awaiting your exploration. This is a fantastic store a la Berkeley locale layout, but newer! And the staff is so very friendly!
I’ve only asked for help once and got snubbed. Other times the employees have been nice. Pricey when not on sale.
This is obviously- if actually know me- a favorite store I'd mine!!! If you need gear, tools and thankfully now days, bike stuff, check them out. The staff are always helpful and if they don't know something, they find out, or someone who does. It's rare they can't answer a question. The selection and prices are competitive and the close out racks are great �
