One of my favorite stores. Great staff, just stay away from the green REI French press/coffee mug, they are all defective and leak.
Had a fantatic experience being fitted and selecting a new backpack. Preston was super helpful and offered a ton of tips and advice. Also enjoyed hearing about Fred's experience on the AT.
Do your research but listen to the staff. Most have great product knowledge. Even better shop when it is slow.
