Lost one of my brand new Chacos on a Labyrnth Canyon float due to a faulty buckle and REI Boulder replaced them no questions asked. Why would you shop anywhere else?!
I love this REI, if one uses their REI membership card and benefits wisely you can get high quality goods for very little $. AND their garage sales are fantastic. Last but not least the staff at this REI is knowledgeable, friendly, and will go out of their way to ensure your needs have been met.
Very disappointed in REI lack of environmental activism ; I wish REI would help with the activist at DAPL, they need gear , this is activism against tyranny and the same exact carbon monopolies that threaten our wildlife, national parks and rights to a clean environment. REI should be proactive is supporting causes again big oil and travesties to our environment. REI is a horrible conductor and leader of environmental activism. I never see reports or statements against the corrupt policies affecting our earth.
Pushy high pressure sales tactics, wouldn't leave me alone after I had to ask to browse 3 times, felt like I was on a used car lot! They were trying ti make me join their stupid club after I told them that I wasn't interested!
BEWARE OF THE SCHEME SCAM 20% OFF!!! Very great scam they have going on we got a coupon emailed for 20% off of my entire purchase. I waited 30 minutes to be helped with my snow board bindings then I waited 20+ minutes standing in line to be told at the checkout after scanning everything that the deals they were running cannot be used on what I'm trying to purchase. Completely wasted my morning and an entire experience here. Please shop elsewhere
